We are happy to provide a full postal service on all of our products.
Our friendly and experienced
staff will be happy to provide advice on age or size details
while making your order. Please remember to state the
colour/style of the item you wish to purchase and have your
payment details ready.
We will normally process your
order immediately by phone provided the items are in stock.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards plus sterling cheques or bankers
drafts.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders
within 24 hours during normal shop
opening hours. Delivery generally takes 2-3 days for UK and
between 5-7 days for international dispatch. Please advise if
urgent delivery is required. Delivery charges will apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for late-delayed
deliveries.
Returns PolicyAll
returns should be sent to Twixt
'n' Teens within 7 days of the order being placed. The items
should be sent with full postage paid with notification of a
wish to cancel the order. All items should be in their original
condition with packaging and labels attached. Postage is
non-refundable in any circumstances. |
